The Alt Protein Project at UW-Madison is not currently active. As part of the Alt Protein Project, a group at The University of Wisconsin-Madison has the potential to grow their universities into hubs of alternative protein education, research, and innovation. Student leaders are trained and supported to engage with all university stakeholders, from the student body to faculty and administration.
