Course

This training aims to provide health professionals with the necessary elements to optimize the support and routine medical follow-up of vegetarian and vegan patients, apart from particular clinical situations requiring specific medical care. It will enable these professionals to better understand these patients and their diet as a whole, via an overview of epidemiological and clinical research results as well as by raising awareness of the sociological, historical and psychological context in which these diets are embedded.
