A joint venture between Nurasa (by Singapore’s Temasek) and the CREMER group, CREMER Sustainable Foods creates high quality plant-based proteins using high-moisture extrusion technology. Their “ready-to-cook” plant-based patties, meatballs, pieces/strips and mince, closely mimic the texture of ‘real’ meat using purely natural flavours to taste like lamb or beef or chicken , while offering more sustainable and nutritious alternatives.
