Mi investigación se enfoca en el análisis de escenarios de transición sociotécnica para la adopción de proteínas alternativas. Utilizo el enfoque multinivel (Multi-Level Perspective) para estudiar cómo tecnologías emergentes como la carne cultivada, la fermentación de precisión y las proteínas vegetales pueden integrarse al mercado alimentario, complementando o sustituyendo al sistema convencional. Busco identificar condiciones institucionales, sociales, tecnológicas y de política pública que faciliten dicha transición y generar información útil para el diseño de estrategias colaborativas entre actores clave del ecosistema. My research focuses on the analysis of sociotechnical transition scenarios for the adoption of alternative proteins. I use a multi-level perspective to study how emerging technologies such as cultured meat, precision fermentation, and plant-based proteins can be integrated into the food market, complementing or replacing the conventional system. I seek to identify institutional, social, technological, and public policy conditions that facilitate this transition and generate useful information for the design of collaborative strategies among key actors in the ecosystem.
