We have developed a recombinant protein production platform that allows us to manufacture from milligrams to several grams without additional costs or large investments. It is a flexible, versatile platform with a linear production scale. We have been able to mount the production of three of the main growth factors most used in the cell culture industry, FGF-2, EGF and PDGF, at a tenth of the production cost of traditional systems. Our objective is to expand our portfolio of growth factors, with versions of other species of commercial interest (chicken, salmon, shrimp, etc.) and looking for companies that have developed new sequences with improved bioactivity and better stability, transforming us into their production arm.
