Research fellow for the startup Innfoods, developing a bioprocess for mycoprotein production using side streams as the main sources of carbon and nitrogen in the fermentation medium. As the first employee, I also support the founders in early strategic decision-making. I develop the lab-scale production process from scratch, operate a 7 L bioreactor, source compatible components, request quotations, and coordinate technical feasibility calls. I author technical and project reports for communication with external stakeholders (lawyers, consultants, etc.) and for grant and funding applications.
