Performing metabolomic and lipidomic analysis (both extracellular and intracellular) to better understand the influence of media formulation and bioprocess design on muscle cell culture (current focus on proliferation). This information will be used to optimise a cultured meat bioprocess for improve efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
