In addition to the subjects I am working in the laboratory, I really want to produce plant-based meat similar to traditional meat at an affordable price with good structure by using vegetable protein sources such as peas, chickpeas and peanut with high protein content. I haven’t decided on my thesis topic yet, but these topics interest me very much especially food structures, maybe I can do my doctoral study on this subject.
