We have work under development in the theme of mechanical properties of 3D printed cell constructs and a growing interest in better characterizing the properties of these 3D constructs not only in a physiological / biochemical point of view but also relative to challenges in analysis to determine provenance/origin of meat products by molecular methods and analysis of biophysical properties that we think would be of interest of alternative proteins field. Alternatively, cell physiology and cell fine characterization, proteom/gene expression are area of great expertise and this knowledge might be useful in isolating different cells in different species of animals as well as analyzing and quantitating precisely minute changes in cell physiology parameters along time and / or under different growth conditions.
