I am a Research Associate in Rodrigo Ledesma-Amaro’s lab at Imperial College London, working within the Bezos Center for Sustainable Protein and the Microbial Food Hub. Our lab specialises in metabolic engineering of various microbes and developing synthetic microbial communities for diverse applications. Currently, we are focusing on exploring innovative approaches for food applications.
