I am working on the Horizon Europe project “CUES – Consumers’ understanding of eating sustainably” and do research on consumer behavior and marketing. My first two PhD contributions within CUES will be focused on (1) consumer attitudes, perceptions and behaviors towards plant-based fish and seafood, and (2) Consumer attitudes, norms, perceived behavioral in plant-based milk alternatives across Europe. This research also includes the importance of persuasive cues on protein alternative packaging. My later publications will potentially focus on experiments in creating more effective marketing strategies for promoting such alternatives. I would be very interested in collaboration opportunities either with other researchers across the globe or companies.
