The Bezos Center for Sustainable Protein at NC State focuses on advancing science and technology, workforce development, and community outreach for alternative proteins. The Center will develop enabling technologies for industry to commercialize new protein solutions. Our Stakeholder Engagement efforts focus on understanding stakeholders’ perceptions, preferences, and expectations regarding sustainable proteins, as well as key policy and regulatory trends, drivers, barriers, and enablers. We use these insights to shape outreach strategies and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
