We leverage hydroponics and controlled environment agriculture (CEA) to source key food ingredients in an environmentally sustainable manner. Additionally, our traditional food science program trains student groups in market analysis, prototype development, and fundraising. Our program has successfully trained students to found companies such as Impact Food, Prime Roots, and Black Sheep Foods.
