We are working on the reuse of meat industry byproducts and healthy meat products using natural ingredients to replace synthetic additives for purposing of increasing the quality of meat products. Also, we are trying to work on meat analogs development using raw material from plants from the semiarid region of brazil to develop new alternative proteins for plant-based products elaboration.
