I am currently working and researching on the development of the 3D-printed meat analogue and seafood analogue from plant-based using 3D food printing and extrusion technology. Due to having a strong passion of functional alternative food development, I found GFI which is the most suitable platform for me making a great connection and applying my works and experiences with. I am looking forward to collaborate with GFI to share an novel research idea and work to produce beneficial alternative food products and improve the future of food.
