We are working on in-depth characterization of proteins with respect to stability, structure, PTM characterization (e.g. glycosylation), protein degradation (oxidation, deamidation, clipping, disulfide bridging), contamination with host cell proteins, influence of cell culture media and bioprocess parameters. We use state-of-the art LC-MS/MS and fluorescence-based methods for assessment.
