We have developed a clean, non-invasive, humane, gentle, and drug-free platform technology capable of safely activating muscle secretome production after a single 10 min stimulation. Our manner of producing muscle secretome can be deployed into any ongoing culture meat pathway, independent of species or meat objective, and holds key advantages over convention: 1) it offers an immediate and highly controllable and sterile manner of inducing muscle secretome production; 2) it allows for the scalable production of muscle secretome. Our method of producing species specific muscle secretome was shown equally effective to animal serum in supporting muscle survival. Our platform technology effectively commandeers a muscle’s innate ability to supply itself with the necessary growth factors to spur its own development with unprecedentedly gentle stimulation at a fraction of the cost.
