The Alt Protein Project at EIT Food is based in six consortium universities across Europe. The student leaders of the Alt Protein Project work to grow their universities into hubs of alternative protein education, research, and innovation. They engage with all university stakeholders, from the student body to faculty and administration, and are invaluable allies to those interested in partnering with universities to accelerate the alternative protein field.
