vEGGS produce a variety of plant-based, gluten free egg substitutes that come in a powder form that is shelf-stable and can be used in cooking and baking, as well as whole eggs dishes. They have two main products, the “omelette” which is primarily made from non-GMO pea protein and the “egg replacement” which uses tapioca and potato starch and psyllium husk and can be used as a binder.
